Macka Diamond assists the Dominican Govt

Miss 'Money-O' Macka Diamond recently returned from a trip to Dominica, invite dby the island's government as part of an initiative to encourage the growth of the island's creative industry.
The deejay said it was her first time in Dominica and "it was crazy." She further commeted "I don't think I've ever performed anywhere like that before. The energy was just wicked".
The venue was the Crazy Coconuts at a concert titled 'Ladies Night Out'. The show also featured 10 upcoming female artistes who show much promise in Dominica's
music industry. Macka had to dig deep into her bag of musical shots to satisfy the the dancehall-hungry crowd. The crowd responded well to older songs like Lexus & Benz, Bun Him and Tek Con.
Macka is set to work with one of the Dominica's more popular bands, Triple Kay, and its lead singer Benjie. She is set to be back in Dominica in August.
