BassodysseyAfter much success at this year's World Clash which took place in Montego Bay, Jamaica which they defeated top sound Black Kat in the final round, Bass Odyssey will be making an appearance at this year's Rototom Music Festival in Spain.

The sound originated from St. Ann and is known in Jamaica as "the sound of the country". They gained popularity from their wide range of selections and dubs of personalities like Buju Banton, Bounty Killer, Garnett Silk and Luciano; and for other prestigious victories in international competitions like the World Clash 2001 in New York or the three victories in a row at the UK Cup Clash 2006 to 2008.

When their top selector Squingy passed away in November 2009, this dampened the spirit of the other members of the sound and the dancehall world. The presence of Bass Odyssey at the Dancehall Yard of the Sunsplash will also take place in the name of this talented and unlucky selecter.

They will play right after the main stage acts where patrons can enjoy red hot nights in the Dancehall tents.
