Touted as one of Reggae's brightest young talent fast-rising star Protoje left an indelible mark on his audience at Usain Bolt's Tracks and Records on Tuesday night.

Paying tribute to Jamaica's 50th year of Independence, Protoje opened with Jamaica's national pledge I Pledge my Heart Forever before launching into his mega hit JA. Backed by his Indiggnation band, told the audience that dancehall artistes did not have monopoly on lyrics. The audience also chimed in and helped Protoje to sing happy birthday to the fastest man alive, Usain Bolt.

Wooing music fans with his charm, Protoje invited up-and-coming artiste Kabaka Pyramid to the stage and together they delivered a powerful performance of their collaborative single Warrior.

Protoje also shared the stage with singer Jah9. Artiste Keida also joined Protoje on stage, the two delivering their single Style a StyleProtojeThe Rasta Love hitmaker made his mark at the Tracks and Records lounge and must have made new fans after his nearly hour-and-a-half set.

It was pandemonium when the artiste launched into Rasta Love. Fans were enchanted by the soulful nature of the track, the customary singalong depicting the shared sentiment.

Protoje excited the crowd with his onstage antics and had them begging for more. The artiste also promoted new singles, including Who Dem a ProgramTake Control and This is not a Marijuana song
